Hello,

Whenever a program gets struck or it is unresponsive you need to first close the program by using task manager.

To do so follow the below steps.

  1. Press ctrl + alt + delete to open task manager.
  2. In the task manager select process tab and select the unresponsive program and click end task.
  3. This will forcefully end the unresponsive program.
  4. When it comes to Microsoft outlook it sometimes get struck due to windows explorer problems and computer hanging.

You need to follow the above steps for all the struck up programs.

Thank you.

Hi, Ethan, I think I can be able to solve your query here without many issues.

You first need to know the main cause of the problem and then know how to go ahead fixing it. This is a most probable error with the systems or applications that run in the computer causing the error. Click on 'Don't send' error report so that the computer doesn't have extra other applications to run. You can also try ending the program with task manager by doing the following;

Press and hold CTRL+ALT+SHIFT altogether to open task manager

windows task manager

Select the program and click on 'End Task'

This will end the unresponsive program by force end

You can then restart your computer

I hope this solves your query

Thanks
