Message 002: line 1 not able to connect to the internet

i have a problem with my vonage phone. everytime i turn it on it keeps on saying  (Message 002): "line 1 not able to connect to the internet". i am confused since i am able to surf the net then why it keeps on saying the same thing? is it because of my internet connection or wrong plug in of lines? please do help me.. thanks!

Maybe you have an application in your phone that connects automatically to the internet when you open the phone. You need to check all of the applications installed in your phone that uses or that accesses the internet.

You need to check every application’s settings to be sure that none of them connects automatically to the internet during startup. If all applications seem to be fine with proper settings, the next to check is your phone’s internet settings. It is possible that it is really your phone that connects automatically to the internet upon opening the device.

If your phone frequently connects to the internet even if you are not using it or it is not needed, disable it to prolong the life of the battery and extend its standby hours.
