I having problem with my Meghdoot Accounts Software, I need someone who is familiar using this one.

The program has an error and the error message attached below. What connection this error talking about?

I checked the log file and I don’t know also the other error.

Please help me about this error.

Unable to Continue due to following Error:

Accounts MIS Error in communication. The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

Please check Log file to see whether there are any other specific errors

Hi,

 

You just simply check your application if there an corrupted files or data and then just simply check the version or software if its compatible to your operating system and then try to upgrade the software or download the new release version just simply on that if it’s possible and then just download another software then try uninstall the old software and then after your just simply reinstall the new software and then restart your PC after you install the software from your PC and then scan the system if it’s infected of viruses or maybe an spyware just simply check on that to be safe.
