Medisoft Advance issue while accessing data

While using Medisoft advanced v17 SP2 today, it started giving me certain errors. Actually, I just upgraded it yesterday from Medisoft Advanced v16 SP1.  Everything was running so fine but now when I tried to access the data, I received the following error;

   tbltransaction: Field Diagnosis_9 not found  and tblPatient: closed dataset

  Please give me your kind suggestions to resolve this issue. I would be grateful to you.

Since the problem started occurring after the update that you did, then it is pretty clear that the problem is caused by that update. Therefore what you will need to do to fix that issue is to rollback and remove all the updates that were made which are causing the application to have problems.

To undo the updates you did you will need to use system restore as follows:

  • On your computer you will click on start.
  • And then you will type system restore in the search box.
  • Locate System Restore from the list of programs and click to open it.
  • Choose a time before the problem started occurring and restore the rollback the system.
