McAfee error during the install of antivirus

Hello,

During the install of McAfee Antivirus this error appears and is rolling back the entire install. The installer is downloaded from a trusted website and is a compatibility issues. Does anyone have any solution for this error ?

I suggest you may contact the McAfee support team.
 
Before doing that, you can try with these two options to see what happen:
 
1. Be sure that other anti-virus software has been completely removed. Some windows files maybe are set up to run with your existing antivirus.
 
2. Check if the your Java is upgraded to the last version. You can check it under all programs, Java, check for updates.
