Hello,
Is for the first time when I cannot update my McAfee AntiVirus and I try to make the necessary updates for 2-3 days. I have the full version and it was activated with a serial, so I have the full version which shouldn’t be a problem updating it. Can anyone tell me what could be the problem with my antivirus ? Why I cannot update it ?

McAfee error appeared while accessing the server
Hello,
It is not related to your system. It happens sometimes when there is some issues with MacAfee server to get the latest update files and it disappears after some hours.
You can try one of these methods:
First:
Reinstall MacAfee first.
Go to the Start > Windows Update > Select Custom on the windows update > Follow the instructions and make sure you have the latest update of the windows > Update MacAfee and reset windows.Â

Secound:
1. Run the McAfee Removal Tool (http://download.mcafee.com/products)
2. Reboot the computer, make sure Internet Explorer is your default browser
3. Run the Pre-Install tool

Get this file McPreInstall
4. If required reboot the computer in Safe Mode with Networking and re-try the installation
Get the McAfee removal tool and run it.

Make the internet explorer your default browser and restart your computer.
Download this software from Mac Afee website and run it:
McPreInstall.exe
Restart your system in Safe Mode with Networking and reinstall MacAffe.
