Hi,

I am running Win XP Operating System and trying to recover photos but I get the following error message which I am unable to understand. What does it mean by ‘Maximum path length exceeded’? Is there any way to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any kind of help.

This type of error occurs when you have created a lot of sub folders under a particular folder, generally before it was used as a technique to hide files in which the victim would be frustrated by keeping on opening folders. Try going inside the folders instead of specifying the path, Since the OS can locate the path as its length is too long for it to handle
