I have not checked my option to 'send immediately when connected' so that at the moment I complete a message and click “SEND” then it goes to my outbox and stays there.
At the moment I am wish to send almost, I would like to click SEND/RECEIVE and got the message send out, but at present the message is not sending on time and stays there for more than 5 to 10 minutes before finally send out. Why is it happening? (I’ve unchecked the time delay option). I was working well on my old laptop but in my new one I don’t know whether there is any setting problem or not. Could anyone please help?

Hi there,
It would be better if you also told us about your Network Company and bandwidth and also about your operating system. However here is some solution.
Check your network system. Is it fully functional or not. Mainly message delay for network problem or IP conflict. Check operator for the possibility of IP conflict.
Other possibility is about your antivirus. Some antivirus has that function that they perform a quick scan on something sending or receiving. You can check it by sending one message after stopping antivirus.
Check that software with which you using to send/receive message. There must be a function that can control message delay system. Check in service system or source security menu. There must be a controller with option.
