I am wondering how can I do a good manual bulleting.

When I do bullet in word there are times that the bulleted item is not right as what I wanted it.

I want to sort the facts I have in here from general to specific through bulleting,

So please help me to rightfully bullet my document.

Just teach me and I will be able to do it.

There is an easy way to use bullets in Microsoft Word, and you can actually do it automatically:

  1. Click on the Microsoft Office Button
  2. Choose Proofing
  3. Click on AutoCorrect Options
  4. Go to the AutoFormat As You Type tab
  5. Under Apply As You Type just select the Automatic Bulleted Lists check box

That's very easy.

Example, when your typing an article, and you need it to be bulleted,

  1. just highlight the word/s you want
  2. click 'home' on the task bar
  3. under 'paragraph' just click the bullet icon.
  4. you can choose the types of bullets you want by just clicking at the arrow down button beside the bullet icon.(Reference: Microsoft 2007)
  5. If you're using Microsoft 2003, the same procedure is applicable.
