I m aware that one can make a video call in skype over to a computer but can one setup a conference call from the phone over s skype network? what is the minimum requirements that I would need for a phone in oder to support skype conference calls? I need a portable link for video calls and the office
Making a video call in my smart phone using skype

You can make Skype call from computer and mobile both of them. For mobile you should minimum have 512 Mb RAM for smoothly run application. The application for mobile is required only 12 Mb phone memory. For installing app u should follow these steps:-
1. Open play store
2. Search Skype in search bar
3. After getting Skype app click on install
4. It will take few seconds
After installing open and sign in Skype app and after that you can make video call.
Note:- You need high speed internet or 3G network for good quality of video call.
