Yes you can make paragraph in Microsoft Excel, by following simple steps. Just follow the stepwise procedure below and your paragraph will be ready:

1. Firstly take your mouse to the, TOOLS menu and then click “OPTION” and within option click on international tab.
2. Now it’s up to you, either you want right to left or left to right. If you click right to left then your edit field will start the alignment from right, otherwise from left, if you select second option. Also need to enable language of keyboard from right to left or left to right.

The answer for your question is “Yes”. I will show you how you can make a paragraph in a Microsoft Excel sheet.

First type the paragraph that you want or copy it from any where and paste in a cell on a excel work sheet. (Example “Cell B2”)

When you type whole the paragraph will be show along in the second Row by overlapping the other cells (Cell C2, D2, E2, F2 an so on)

Now click on the wrap text option which is in alignment section in Home tab.

Then drag the cell to right and to below in until you can see the whole paragraph.
