Hello

In one of our high-end server, I tried to install Hyper-V server. I wanted to build 3 special servers in it. The entire installation procedure of the three servers finished. But while I start the servers just 2 servers are working at the same time. I am unable to run the third server and facing an error message. Is there any restriction on amount of servers?

I was trying to make 3 – tier architecture design to install the Microsoft Dynamic Nav 2009 RTC.

The error message is as follows:

An error occurred while attempting to change the state of virtual machine (VM Name)

"(Vm name)" failed to initialize.

Need your help. Thanks in advance.

Hi

The problem you are facing is that the server you are making is basically 3 servers base connection and you are running both 3 servers the 2 servers are running properly but the 3rd server is not working properly this is due to:

1. You cannot run 3 servers in this way you have to make the default server 1 and make 2 and 3 server under that server and run in this way first run 1 server which will act as parent server and then run 2 and 3 server which his child server so in this way this will start running and you will able to run 3 servers at a time but the parent child formation base. Hope this solution will help you getting out of this problem.
