Make Windows Server 2008 show clock in taskbar

I have encountered the strangest thing today.

While I was playing on a friend's computer that has Windows Server 2008 installed, I noticed that no clock was shown in taskbar.

I went on and tried to fix this myself, right click on the taskbar, went to Control Panel and tried to find an option but nothing.

Can you tell me How to make Windows Server 2008 show clock in taskbar please?
