I need help. I am looking for a software that can sync mails and as well as folders, real-time, similar to my Mac's default mail program. I need it to be a mail client only, it should not include a calendar etc. Is a software like that exists? Any suggestions?

Hi Abrianna, try Zimbra. This is a client and server platform  and this is open source. Basically this is quite compatible with almost all operating system, like Mac, Linux and of course Windows. It is flexible enough for you to integrate flawlessly other applications. Furthermore, you could be able to use, modify and redistribute the source codes. Better yet try this for an unlimited time without any hassles of contracts or monthly fees.

I am not sure if you can find an email client without featuring a calendar on the side. It is part and a must in an email client because of users who need to check their appointment schedules and other calendar activities. If there is a need for an email client, you can try Mozilla Thunderbird.

The latest version at the moment, Thunderbird 78.5.0, supports Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10. It requires Intel Pentium 4 or faster processor with SSE2 support, 1 GB RAM for 32-bit and 2 GB for 64-bit, and 200 MB free space. For Macintosh, the latest Thunderbird supports macOS 10.9 Mavericks, 10.10 Yosemite, 10.11 El Capitan, 10.12 Sierra, 10.13 High Sierra, 10.14 Mojave, and 10.15 Catalina.

It requires a Macintosh with x86 Intel processor, 512 MB RAM, and 200 MB free space.
