When I want to open Macrium this error appears. I just installed my Windows XP and also Macrium. Everything is fresh installed on my PC and I still have errors. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? What is causing this error ?

Macrium Reflect: reflect.exe – Application Error
The instruction at “0x0047f252” referenced memory at “0x00000000”. The memory could not “read”.
Click OK to terminate the program
Click CANCEL to debug the program
Macrium reflect cannot open the program after installation
This error doesn’t always appear unless you have a defective memory card. Click OK to close the dialog box then exit the application if it is running and then restart the computer. Start the application again then see if it works. Usually, the program runs normally again after restarting the computer. If it doesn’t work, try reinstalling the application.
Uninstall Macrium Reflect then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools then select Disk Cleanup. Select drive C then click OK. Check Setup Log Files and “Temporary files” then click OK. Wait until it is finished then restart the computer. Install the program back and see if it works. Also, if you are using an old version, you should get the latest version.
Download and install Macrium Reflect 5.3.7149. It requires Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1 both x86 and x64. If the problem continues even after installing the latest version, maybe you should check your memory cards. It is possible that one of the installed memory cards is faulty. In this case, you should check which memory card is defective.
You can use MemTest86 to test your memory cards. Download the latest free version, MemTest86 5.1.0. If you download the ISO image, you need to burn it on a blank recordable CD and boot your computer using that CD. If you download the one for USB drive, unpack the ZIP file once the file is downloaded then follow the instructions in the “readme.txt” file.
It should help you create a bootable USB flash drive. Use it to boot your computer and test your memory cards.
