MAC clients fail when DHCP snooping is enabled

We have an HP 5500 switch. The MAC clients fail when DHCP-snooping has been enabled on the E5500-G-EI, although the PC PXE clients are able to boot successfully. What is the possible solution to modify the ACL to check for fragmented packets? What would be the maximum packet size to be configured on the PXE server to mitigate fragmentation?

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no known solution that would allow for the modification of the ACL to scan for fragmented packets. Your only option would be to configure the PXE server to use 1460 bytes as its maximum packet size for the TFTP PXE session negotiation. A packet size of this value would reduce fragmentation.
