Macbook Pro is best than Macbook Air,

The reason are as follows:

Macbook pro is a complete package but MacBook air lacks of optical media. i.e. build in DVD drive.

MacBook Pro has the powerful graphics and processor with 802.11 n wireless connectivity, Bluetooth, fast DVD burner etc.

MacBook Pro comes with fully-loaded with Mac OS X and a vast array of software that makes the MacBook ready to use.

MacBook Pro  ship with faster processor of the 2.0 GHz to 2.4 GHz but MacBook Air has a processor of 1.6GHz core 2 Duo or a 1.8 GHz chip.

MacBook Pro is now home to the facetime HD camera, so you can now enjoy video conversations with friends.

MacBook Air may draw you in with its sleek looks. It’s battery is apparently not user replaceable. These drives are also slower than a typical laptop drive.

Finally The MacBook Air adheres to the general rule that you pay more for smaller size.
