Hi,

I updated my Microsoft Lync application today, and immediately after that it kept on requesting me to sign-in. I tried to cancel the dialogue but the posted error pops-up instead.

Why did this happen and how can I fix it?

There are possibly some threads with your new installation or update. You need to restore to the previous state if possible. The new installation or update you make contains files that are corrupted and that's the way they are not working in the same manner.

Hi Nelson Carters,

This happened to missing data of that application or the application is corrupted. Otherwise your internet connection might be slow. To fix this you can follow:

1. Re-install the software you are using.

2. Check that your computer is permitted to access the website.

3. Use better anti-virus software.

4. Without an update, you can download the latest version of the software.

5. Always keep sure that your computer is not attacked by any malware.

I think this article may help you.
