Hello everybody, every time I try to export blender (V2.62) to Lux an error message is displayed as following:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library

Runtime Error!

Program C:User…

The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an
unusual way.

Please contact the application’s support team for more information.
                                                                                              OK

Given that I press the "OK" button as the error prompt showed on top, automatically it get locked as well as crashes Lux.

As long as I do not do anything on my own, the software actually renders out the picture properly and it saves this in my own personal folder for the makeover. The problem when I try to do something.

PLEASE HELP!

Thanks a lot.

Hello Nicholas,

You can try by using this file

Or without running the render, if you export and then you run the luxrender manually. Open the scenery. It may work. Besides you can also run LuxRender GUI at the time when all the other applications are closed.

Regards

To fix this problem, you will have to replace the file by using the system file checker tool that is SFC.exe. You will have to follow this procedure to do this:

> An elevated command propmt is explored. To open this, select Start-All Programs-Accessories-Command Prompt-Run as administrator-Type Password-Allow.

> Type sfc/scannow and press Enter.

> All protected system files are scanned and incorrect versions are replaced with correct Microsoft versions.
