Low Memory error on Android.

I have installed Airport City on my Android and it is not working properly. When I click on the icon of the game, I get a low memory message on the lower left corner of my screen. I'm on Android 4.1.2 with 512MB RAM. I meet the requirements of the game but it is not working fine. I get the low memory message while using other application too and sometimes, my tablet even restarts. How can I fix this error?
