We have just installed Lotus Notes in our system but we haven’t configured it yet. I wanted to be sure if there are any prerequisites to the setup?
Should we allow notifications that are out of the office?

Lotus Notes prerequisites for setup
The system requirements will really be depended upon what features of Lotus Notes you are trying to configure and implement. So it would be hard to give an answer on what would be required without this information. Also, what platform are you running on? Because that will also make a difference as well.
I think if you are in a large office or environment setting, it would be good to enable the “Out Of Office” feature because this will allow for other members in the office and external clients to know that particular person is out of the office.
