My clients are having problems every time they start the language program in Lotus Notes.
Error During Client Start: Problem Occurred "Adding Panel Action To
Panels Submenu" has encountered a problem.
Occasionally, when they open the UI client, they get the same error.
"Adding Panel Action To Panels Submenu"
My clients have modified the plug-in customization to a URL that exists. The XML is reachable via Internet Explorer.
But still my clients are getting the errors:
" Error During Client Start: Problem Occurred "Adding Panel Action To Panels Submenu" has encountered a problem

Hi Gran,
Your problem is because of modification of a plugin to a url that already exists. You need to change the url or uninstall the program and reinstall by the following procedures;
Go to Start->Control panel
In the control panel window, select Lotus client
Select Uninstall
Once you uninstall the program, you need to delete all registry entries.
Go to Start->Run->type regedit
In the Registry window, go to HKEY_LOCAL_SETTINGS_SYSTEM_SOFTWARE\Lotus Notes
Delete all the entries under Lotus Notes folder.
Install the program and restart it. It should work.
