Hi! I have a problem when using Lotus 123, mouse scrolling seems to be disabled? What should I do for it to work? The mouse that I am using don't have any problems with mouse scrolling in anything besides Lotus 123.
I've read a few articles about this issue but none of it is working. Thank you!
If this is the first time it happened on your program, try restarting the computer then try it again. If you are using a USB-type mouse, try disconnecting it from the USB port then press the power button of your CPU to automatically shutdown Windows.
Keep it turned off for a couple of minutes, let’s say, for about 5 to 10 minutes. After this connect first your mouse to the USB port and then turn on the computer. Try opening the program again after the system has booted.
If this doesn’t work and this is the only application in your desktop where mouse scrolling seems to be disabled, try doing a clean installation of the program again to remove any corrupted files that are probably affecting the application’s functionality.
Uninstall the application then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install the program again after this and see if the mouse problem is fixed.
