Do you have any ideas as to why we can't see the organizational forms library after one of our employees upgraded Exchange 2003 to 2007? We run 2003 while our client computer use Outlook 2003 ,2007 and 2010, yet I can see it from my system which is running 2010 just fine.

Maybe there are some configurations that you will need to do on the ms exchange 2007 so as to be able to see the organizational forms library, or you may also consider just installing the ms exchange 2007 instead of upgrading and then transfer the files from the exchange 2003 to it and see if it will work that way.
But if exchange 2010 that you are using is working well and you can be able to access the forms library after the upgrade, then there should have been a problem when you were upgrading to ms exchange 2007. Ms Exchange 2007 and 2010 should not be having such a big difference.
