Looking for Visual Basic Skin Maker for applications

Hi all

I want to style my applications created in Visual Basic with the look and feel. Creating one from scratch is time consuming. Is there a software something like a Visual Basic Skin Maker or Creator?

Where I can just choose from a range of different styles. My OS is Windows 7, just in case some software don't support Win 7.
