Hi, 

I want to exported data to a CSV file which contains very personal information. What tool I use for encrypts my CSV file. Is there exist any tool encryption CSV or not please help me if anybody know about any encrypted tool.

Hello Helenmarmstead,

You can use the Windows encryption. It is the easiest way to do an encryption.

1.     Get the properties window of the file by right clicking it.

2.     Then select the General Tab.

3.     From there click on the Advanced button.

4.     Now select encrypt contents to secure data check box.

5.     Finally click OK.

Another way to do that is, if you have 7zip. (which could be downloaded easily)
 
7zip is a light weight open source software which offers you a simple zip container based encryption.
 
Other documents could also be compressed as an archive, where you could also put passwords on it.
