I have been trying to connect to my PC at home through TeamViewer, but it is giving an error saying TeamViewer not running on partner computer so, a connection could not be established . I tried restarting my PC with my friend’s help, but the problem persists. Can someone suggest me any workaround to this problem?

The ID might not be the same in both the PCs or the password is different which could lead to this problem and thus, your PC is not able to connect to the server. Try checking these and if it doesn’t work reinstalling the software or checking your internet connection would do.
