Has anyone familiar with CityEngine 2010 Pro which is used for GIS and graphic contents?

I am looking for the CityEngine 2010 64 bit Software which can run on my Mac desktop computer.

Can anyone please tell me where to find it?

If you are an advanced user, may I ask your help in creating a 3D design?

I will also take this opportunity to ask you about the features of CityEngine.

Is it easy to use and easy to install software?

What are the greatest features of CityEngine that help you achieve your goal?

To be honest, I’ve never used this software but I’ve heard a lot about it from my partner who works in an architectural firm.
