I am looking forward to Adding Computers to the Windows Server Update Services. Someone, provide me the steps to Add Computers to WSUS.I would appreciate a Quick Response.

You have to Enable Client-Side Targeting to assign the Computers to the Groups.
1) Run the WSUS Console.
2) Click on “Options” in the Left Pane.
3) Now, select “Computers.”
4) Place a mark on the “Use Group Policy or registry settings on computers” option.
5) After that, click on OK.
This process will enable the Client-Side Targeting in the WSUS Console.
