I am getting this error while trying to update Logos 4 on my MAC machine it is not giving any error code or anything can anyone tell me what is the possible reason behind?

A previous version of Logos is not completely removed from Mac system. There are believed to be some leftovers still present on that location. I found a good solution but cant write all long details of it. You must read it from Logos official website.
