I am not sure but did you mean you wanted to load both the versions on the same server. To be successful in loading web server plugins you should consider checking the web server plugins policy to get to verify which version suits your environment best.

Check which one is available locally or remotely and also if  your installations comply with supported configurations. Consider installing a supported web server before you can install plugins. You can also create web server configurations for unmanaged nodes web sphere application and this must be installed. Web server or even application servers may prevent plugins installations so check that you keep in mind all that I have mentioned and you will be able to load your plugins without trouble.
