Hello Guys, Can anyone please help me about this error.

I cannot use my new outlook 2007 on my computer because of this error.

I have other Microsoft office 2007 programs installed on my computer and all of that works well except for outlook 2007.

Can any one know this error?

Please help me to get rid of this one.

Thanks.

Hello Hanna Montana,

If other ms office applications are running properly when executed, then the problem could be entirely with the outlook packager. May be during the installation some important executable files related to outlook were not installed due to possible problems with the installation software or the CD itself and therefore you might need to obtain another CD and do a clean reinstallation.

Or maybe the files could have been tampered with by mistake hence corrupting the registry settings and therefore you might want to run a program that will fix any broken registries like ccleaner.

Hope this helps.

Hi Hanna,

This kind of error appears because your operating system is having an older version of GoToMeeting program or sometimes only net connection issues.

Follow these steps to remove this error –

1. Uninstall the older version of GoToMeeting program by going to control panel/programs/uninstalling program/click right on mouse on GoToMeeting/uninstall,

2. Login to GoToMeeting account,

3. Click on Host a meeting to reinstall your GoToMeeting software,

4. Click on http://support.citrixonline.com/en_US/GoToMeeting/help_files/GTM140017 and run the connection wizard.

I am sure it shall work for you.
