Hello experts, I tried to install Adobe cs5 on my system, but there is missing due to which the installation fails every time. I am not getting what I am missing; please help me to know the Adobe cs5 system requirements. I am working currently on Windows 8.
You will need 1 GB of RAM, 1 GB of available hard disk memory free for installation.
A display resolution of 1024×768 and 16-bit color.
256MB of VRAM should be there.
DVD-ROM drive.
Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 3 and AMD Athlon 64 processor.
Before installing Adobe Photoshop CS5, make sure your computer meets the requirements. Adobe Photoshop CS5 supports Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista (Home Premium, Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise edition) Service Pack 1, and Windows 7. It requires Intel Pentium IV or equivalent AMD Athlon 64 or faster processor, 1 GB RAM, 1 GB free space, and 1024 x 768 pixels minimum screen resolution.
Some of the features that require GPU acceleration require a video card with OpenGL 2.0 and Shader Model 3.0 support. Now, since you are using Microsoft Windows 8, I don’t think it will work because it is not compatible with your operating system. If you have Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, try installing Adobe Photoshop CS5.5 or Adobe Photoshop CS6.
These Adobe Photoshop versions support Windows 8.x. You may also try installing Adobe Photoshop CC. Adobe Photoshop CC supports Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and Windows 8.x.
