Please do the following steps considering all your requirements:
1. A program named Start up Manager you need to download and install. This software is available in internet.

2. After finishing the installation process, run it.
Â
3. You should run it by default operating system.
Â
4. Please set up the master password for that program and please don’t forget it. Otherwise you will be failed to change further options.

5. Under Default Operating System option, select your default operating system you wanted.

6. Enter the remembered password.

7. Apply the setting.

8. Restart your system.
