I have upgraded to the Professional version of Sky X. However, I am unable to connect to CCDAP5 application because I am getting an error message every time I do so

I cannot go beyond this error thus preventing me to use the application.
Does anybody have a solution to this error?

If you have been using this application before and this is the first that this happen, try restarting your computer then open it again. It should work again if the problem is not that severe. But if it doesn’t, try doing a clean installation of the application again to discard all possible corrupted files that is affecting the program. Uninstall TheSkyX Professional from your machine then restart your system. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install the application again after this.
Open it again to see if re-installing it fixes the problem. Just enter your serial number if the program asks for it. If the application is still not working, you should try downloading its installer again. Please visit Software Bisque to download TheSkyX Professional Edition for Windows.
