I’m facing a problem. I just want to upgrade the SKY X Professional edition.
But when I connect to CCDAP5 Software in planning mode, I get an error message.

If this is the first time it happened with your software, try restarting your computer then try it again. If it still doesn’t work, try doing a clean installation of Sky X Professional to restore it to its default configuration and possibly fix any corrupted files that may have developed in the system in the long run.
Uninstall Sky X Professional then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like PC Tools Performance Toolkit, Norton Utilities, or Norton SystemWorks. Install Sky X Professional again after this and then see if this fixes the problem.
If the problem continues, you may try upgrading your current version of Sky X Professional to a much higher version if there is one available.
