Dear administrator, well I am a businessman who owns a store that specializes in IT goods especially computers. My computers operate normally just like any other that is sold anywhere and those owned in homes. However, they develop complications that hamper their speed since my clients keep on introducing new programs and software in the systems after purchasing them from me. I have plans to activate guest accounts so as to have a limit to what they can add on to the computers and I was just wondering whether this account would get avenue to administrator programs, games and other software. I am a visitor to your site so please help me.

Hi Richard,

Selling IT stuff is a good business especially both Hardware and Software. However, by implementing your new systems may cause a problem on your clients especially when your service is affected, make sure it is tested and passed the debug process. Always remember not all software introduce in the market were good, especially when it's new. All softwares could take some time before we can guarantee it's functions, some discover bugs after its release. I'm gonna give you an example which i can say a good software.

1. MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP service pack 3

2. Microsoft Excel 2003

This softwares are commonly used by call centers, internet cafe because of it's light applications and user friendly to use.

Thanks.
