I heard that the Windows Intune is only available to those who have signed licenses, for software assurance recently. I already have a license.

Hi,
Yes you can buy two licenses for Windows Intune but not the same time. You can buy another license key after about 1 year from the previous one. This is not the rule. It is just a minimum time distance. You will have the ability to buy a new license for Windows Intune after the previous one is expired.
So it depends on your previous licenses expired agreement. When the agreement finished then you will be asked for new agreement. That time you can attempt to buy another one. Windows Intune licenses have minimum time duration of 1 year to 5 year. So legally after one year you will have that opportunity.
