The LG Plastic E-reader display is called the plastic EPD or the Electronic Paper Display. It is 6 inch tall and supports resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels just like the average screen resolution display in a regular monitor. The plastic display allows users experience paper-like reading with a plastic substrate that as thin as a mobile phone or a handset protection film.

You can bend the plastic display up to 40 degrees angle. The plastic EPD is one-third thinner than the usual e-reader displays and weighs almost half of the regular ones. The company also said that creating a plastic display is much cheaper than the usual glass displays as with their counterparts.

Really Techyv.com is a great site in the technology world. How nicely they solve any kind of IT related problem, as well description of any technology that we need not to go to another website for more information. Hi guys both of your solutions were educative but Sharath your comment was the perfect guide to my unknown goal. Actually I think I know a little about the LG Plastic E-reader display but after reading your comment I think I know nothing about its details. I was really amazed to see that it can be bent above 40 degrees! Superb, isn’t it? All these I came to know from Sharath’s comment. All his comments are impressive and give a lot of information beyond my expectations. He is really a genius. A big thanks to you, guy. Also thanks a lot to Techyv for having such nice expert.
