I got a lot or the error of the ticket left.
Error
An error occurred while processing the scriltet
11fe8609-e873-ab34-36b4d53807fd. The error was :” object doesn’t support this property or method”
I have a problem with this error. It could not solve yet. Someone can give Advice (Council) me promptly.

Hi there Minty Nicky,
This is a well known problem caused by a bug in Tools provided with Lenovo notebooks. Since this problem appeared two years ago it is most likely solved by now with the update so make sure your notebook is all up to date.
Quick workaround would be to check the settings in the toolbox and resetting them to the defaults.
Not so quick workaround would be to completely uninstall TVSU (including the files from registry and Program Files), rebooting your system and installing the TVSU again from the scratch.
