You can use the Microsoft Word translator to translate a host of different texts in your PC. You can translate an entire document, or simply use the mini translator to translate a selected portion of the text. First, you need to set a translation language. Follow these steps:

  1. Select the “Review” tab on your MS Word file.
  2. Select the “Language” group under it and click on “Translate.”
  3. Select “Choose Translation Language.”
  4. Under it, select the “Translate from” and “Translate to” tabs according to your language translation needs.
  5. Click on “OK” to set it.

If you choose to translate an entire file, select “Translate Document.” Choose “Translate Selected Text” otherwise if you just want to translate a portion of text. You can also right click on the selected portion and choose “Translate’ from the drop-down menu.
