Hi. The steps to install Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 8.1 require you first to click on the download button the page on which the updates appear and then from the drop-down list, select the option of change language and then click on go. Next, to start the installation click on run. Next, select the save option to save the download to the PC. The installation can be cancelled as well by clicking on cancel. To uninstall the IE, first, click on start and then click on the control panel to open it. Next, click on programs and features and then turn the Windows features off. Then, after the options are loaded, click on the IE 11 and then click on OK. A pop-up menu will appear on the screen after which yes needs to be clicked on to uninstall the browser.
After the uninstall is complete, start the computer again.
