Hi. To learn how to mail merge Outlook, first compose the document by starting the Word document, clicking on the Mailings tab and then selecting the start mail merge option. Next, click on e-mail messages. Next, make sure that you connect the e-mail document to the address list. This address list contains all those addresses where the e-mail will be sent. After this, you can select the contacts to which the e-mail should be sent and remove all those to whom it should not be sent. Next, add the fields of mail merge such as the rows and columns which can be called placeholders to the e-mail document. In the end, review the message before sending it out as a mail merge by clicking on preview results from the mailings tab. A particular document can be previewed too by clicking on the find recipient option.
