Hi. We build a backup server to access the backup and recovery tools in Windows Server 2008. The tools which get installed along with Windows Server are command-line tool, Microsoft management console snap-in and Power Shell commands. To know how to build a backup server, the steps are as given below-
1) Click on start, then select the server manager option, click on features and then select on Add features to open it
2) Click on Windows server backup features option on the select features page
3) Select the Windows server backup option and then click on command-line tools
4) Select the add required features option
5) Click on next
6) Click on install option on the confirm installation selections page
7) Click on start, then click on administrative tools, then select the Windows server backup option
