Hi, if you have the issue ‘my google play is not working’, check and correct your date and timings and check if your Internet or Wi-Fi is connected and have the good signal strength. And check whether there are any disabled apps if present then uninstalls all those, and force close Google Play Store. And another thing you can do is erase all the cache memory in the Google Play Store and delete Google play store data and uninstall updates.

If the Google Play store app on your phone is not working properly, obviously you will not be able to access Google Play store and download apps. One way to fix this is to factory reset your phone. This will delete everything on your phone and will restore all built-in apps back to default. But before you do this, you need to back up all your data.

Once everything is backed up, remove any memory card from your phone then go to “Settings”, “Backup and reset”, “Factory data reset”, “Reset phone”, and then “Erase everything”. Your phone should reboot after this and you will have to go through the initial startup again before you are able to restore the data. Note: before you factory reset your phone, make sure it is fully charged.

When the reset is finished, connect your phone to the internet via Wi-Fi or data connection then launch the Google Play store app and update it. Before you can access Google Play store, the Google Play store app has to be updated.
