Hi. The steps to learning how to shrink a file to e-mail in MS-Outlook, first, open MS-Outlook and create an e-mail in it. Next, attach a file in the include group in insert menu. Then, select the include dialogue box launcher and select the size of the picture that you want from the picture options. Send the message once the editing is done. Alternatively, Windows Explorer can be used too.
Click on start, click on the computer twice and then open the Windows Explorer. Next, open the folder which contains the pictures which you need to send. Select a picture and right-click on it to send it to the recipient mentioned. Select the option to make the pictures smaller and click on OK. In the “to” box, add the name of the recipient. You can also modify the subject as per your need and the text contained in the body of the message.
After all the modifications are done, click on send.
