Hi. I am new to MS-Outlook and therefore not very familiar with it. I need to merge two of my PST files. How to merge PST files? Please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.
Hi. To learn how to merge PST files in Outlook, first open MS-Outlook from the start menu. Then, open the import and export dialog box by selecting it from the file menu. Next, click on import from another program or file option and then select the next option. Select the .PST file in the dialog box and then click on next. Also, ensure that no duplicates are imported. In the import Outlook dialog box of the second file, first import items into the same folder as the one containing the previous file and then mention the PST file which was opened in Outlook.
Finish the task. A progress bar indicating the import me will appear which will close after the task is completed.
