The tool which you use to handle DNS servers is the DNS Manager, which is the DNS snap-in inside the Microsoft Management Console (MMC). It displays as DNS in Administrative Tools under Start menu. You can try using the DNS Manager with other snap-ins inside MMC, integrating DNS administration further into your overall network management. It is even present in Server Manager on systems with the DNS role.
There are many utilities formonitoring, administering, and troubleshooting both the servers and clients of Domain Name System (DNS).
