Hi. The error which you are facing is a Shaw error code s0a00, which occurs due to bad receiving signal on a Digital Box. It occurs due to unplugging of a wire for a long time or if your account is not activated. But, this can be resolved by some of the techniques like resetting the Digital Box, re-seating the connection of a Coaxial cable, etc. If we opt for the resetting method, then first disconnect it and then reconnect it after 30 seconds. Even after that if an error is occurring then check the payment bill. If your bill was paid, then demand a new Digital Box in the head office.
