Hi all, I am using MS Outlook 2010 on my Dell laptop. I wish to work in online mode, but my outlook is working offline.  How can I switch from offline mode to online mode in Outlook 2010?

1. Click on Send/Receive.
Note that when Outlook is Working Offline, then the button is in highlight mode.

2. Click on Work Offline if you want to work online again.
After you connect outlook again to the server, the button Work Offline will have a plain background as shown in the image:
